摘  要:为减小现有联合收割机整机的尺寸,增加现有联合收割机在丘陵地区通过的灵活性,提出了将市场上普遍使用的横置式脱粒滚筒改为立式轴流脱粒装置的方案。同时,设计了一种小型立式轴流脱粒装置的试验台,可清晰地记录整个试验过程中主要工作部件的转速、扭矩、功耗和物料的喂入速度,以及在不同工况下脱粒装置的工作性能。当立式轴流脱粒滚筒的长度达到900mm时,整个脱粒装置的脱粒总损失率、含杂率及断穗籽粒率分别为1.43%、31.87%和1.06%。To reduce the size of the existing combine harvester machine and increase the flexibility of the combine harvester in hilly areas adopted, it is proposed that the exhaust type cylinder which is widely used on the market should be instead of vertical axial threshing mechanism in this paper.And designed a kind of small vertical axial threshing device test bench can clearly record the main working parts of the rotational speed, torque, power consumption and material feeding speed in the whole test process, and the threshing device performance under the different working conditions.When the length of the vertical axial threshing cylinder reaches 900mm, the threshing device loss rate was 1.43%, and the impurity rate of threshing was 31.87% and the broken spike rate was 1.06%.
