摘 要:通过对比球墨铸铁与进口铲尖在相同时间、相同工作量下的失重量,探究了两种材质的耐磨性能,验证了球墨铸铁铲尖作为铸钢铲尖替代品的可能性。在相同工作量时,球墨铸铁的耐磨性能与进口铲尖一致。深松技术能提高土壤蓄水保墒的能力,球墨铸铁铲尖作为进口铲尖的替代品,同样能达到深松的效果,使土壤的容重降低并提高土壤的蓄水保墒能力。根据数据显示,深松前土壤含水率为14.29%,深松后土壤含水率为15.30%,深松后土壤平均含水率提高1%,深松前土壤容重为1.92g/cm^3,深松后土壤容重为1.35g/cm^3,深松后土壤容重降低0.57g/cm^3,有利于农作物的生长。This paper through the comparison of nodular cast iron and imported shovel tip at the same time, the same amount of weight loss, to explore the wear resistance of two kinds of material, to verify the possibility of ductile cast iron as cast steel shovel shovel tip tip alternatives.In the same amount of work, the wear resistance of ductile cast iron is consistent with that of the imported blade.Subsoiling technology can improve the ability of soil water conservation, ductile iron shovel shovel pointed tip as import substitutes, to achieve the same effect of subsoiling, the soil bulk density decreased and increased soil water holding capacity.According to statistics, subsoiling before soil water content was 14.29%,after subsoiling soil water content was 15.30%, the average soil water content after subsoiling subsoiling increased 1%, before the soil bulk density is 1.92g/cm3, after subsoiling soil bulk density is 1.35g/cm3, after subsoiling soil bulk density decreased 0.57g/cm3, conducive to the growth of crops.
