摘 要:静电对农田残膜具有吸附作用,可以用来进行残膜回收,以提高残膜回收机的收净率。为此,采用静电对残膜的吸附力作为评价指标,对静电残膜吸附力的影响因素进行了试验研究,考虑的影响因素主要有环境温度、环境湿度、电极和残膜间距、残膜污浊度及电场强度等。通过试验给出了以上各影响因素和静电残膜吸附力间关系的经验公式,分析了各因素的影响程度。本研究可供采用静电吸附作用原理开发残膜回收机的研发人员及其他科研人员参考。Static electricity has an adsorption effect on the residual mulching film,and it was proposed to use it to recover residual plastic films, so as to improve the recovery rate of used plastic film collectors.Experimental studies of the factors influencing electrostatic adsorption have been undertaken with the electrostatic adsorption capacity as an evaluation index.The main factors to be considered are the environmental temperature and humidity, the distance between electrode and residual film, the turbidity of residual films, and the strength of electric field.The empirical formulas for the relationships between these factors and the electrostatic adsorption capacity have been drawn through experiments, which can be used as a reference by the professionals for the development of the residual film recycling machine and other researchers for their work.
