摘  要:本文先采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米ZnO进行改性,再通过原位乳液聚合法制备了纳米ZnO/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。研究了改性纳米ZnO用量对复合乳液的紫外吸光率、复合乳胶膜力学性能和抗菌性能的影响,并采用红外光谱、TEM、紫外吸收光谱、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及抑菌率测试等手段进行了表征。结果表明:当改性纳米ZnO用量为3.0%时,所制备的复合乳液抗紫外性最强、复合乳胶膜的综合力学性能最佳:当纳米ZnO用量升至4.0%时抑菌率显著提升,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为82.3%和80.0%。Nano-ZnO was modified by the silane coupling agent KH-570 and Nano-ZnO/polyacrylate composite emulsions were prepared by in-situ emulsion polymerization method. Investigations were carried out for effects of nano-ZnO concentration on the UV absorbance of composite emulsions, the mechanical properties, and the inhibition rate of latex film. These products were characterized by analyses of FT-IR, TEM, UV absorption spectrum, tensile strength, elongation at break and inhibition rate. From the aspects ofstrong ultraviolet resistance for the nano-ZnO/polyacrylate composite emulsions and good mechanical properties for the latex film, the nano-ZnO concentration was optimized to 3.0%. In comparison to 2.0% dosage of nano-ZnO , the inhibition rates for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were significantly up to 82.3% and 80.0% at the 4.0% dosage of nano-ZnO.
