摘　　要：意大利的少年司法制度中注重各部门的配合与互动。皮埃蒙特和瓦莱达奥斯塔大区的少年检察官与都灵市警察局合作开展的"‘帮助身边的人’核心计划"主要针对从学前班儿童到初中生不同年龄阶段的未成年人。项目的特点是开放性,即不仅在于帮助未成年人个体,更重要的是营造积极的社会和校园氛围。在实施中,参与的主体也由侦查和未成年人检察部门,扩大到第三部门。项目的实施给未成年人带来了积极的影响,改善了他们的家庭关系,提高了学校成绩。Juvenile justice system in Italy lays emphasis on cooperation and interaction of different departments. This paper mainly introduces the cooperation on Nucleo di Prossimita（ Core Plan） to help the people around between juvenile public procurators in Piemonte ＆ Aosta Valley and police office of Turin. The origins, target, implementation process, technique and assessment of this plan are discussed. This plan mainly targets at the juveniles from preschool to junior middle school students. The characteristic of this plan is openness, which is not only aiming at helping the individual juvenile but also to build the positive campus atmosphere of society and campus. The participative subject can be investigative department and minors procuratorial departments as well as the third department. The implementation of this plan has had positive influence on juveniles, perfected family relations and improved the scores of the students.
