摘　　要：目的:分析核磁共振成像与脑脊液分析在中枢神经系统感染中的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2012年7月~2016年5月收治的50例中枢神经系统感染患者作为观察组,选取同期31例于我院进行检查的头痛患者作为对照组,对两组患者行核磁共振成像检查与脑脊液分析,对比两组核磁共振成像检查异常率和CK、LDH、LA水平。结果:观察组诊断异常率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=61.265,P<0.05);观察组CK、LDH、LA水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);化脓性脑膜炎患者CK水平高于病毒性脑膜炎和结核性脑膜炎,结核性脑膜炎患者LDH水平高于病毒性脑膜炎和化脓性脑膜炎,结核性脑膜炎和化脓性脑膜炎患者LA水平高于病毒性脑膜炎,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振成像与脑脊液分析在中枢神经系统感染中具有较高的诊断价值和参考价值,值得推广应用。Purpose： To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging and cerebrospinal fluid analysis in the infection of central nervous system. Methods 50 cases of central nervous system infection in our hospital from July 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group, 31 headache patients in our hospital were selected as control group during the same period . We performed magnetic resonance imaging and cerebrospinal fluid analysis of two groups of patients, and compared the abnormal rate of MRI and CK, LDH and LA levels in the two groups. ResultsThe abnormal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （x2 =61. 265, P 〈 0. 05） ; The observation group of CK, LDH, LA levels were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05） ; The level of CK in patients with purulent meningitis was higher than viral meningitis and tuberculous meningitis, the level of LDH in patients with tuberculous meningitis was higher than that of viral meningitis and purulent meningitis, the level of LA in patients with tuberculous meningitis and purulent meningitis was higher than that of viral meningitis, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging and cerebrospinal fluid analysis in the central nervous system infection has a high diagnostic value and reference value, it is worth promoting the application.
