摘 要:目的:探讨经阴道三维超声对评价女性盆底功能障碍中的价值。方法:对40例临床诊断为盆底功能障碍的女性患者及20例盆底正常女性行经阴道三维超声断层成像,观察肛门内括约肌的厚度、形态、连续性,盆膈裂孔左右径、前后径、面积、耻骨直肠厚度等。结果:经阴道三维超声断层成像技术测量所有患者肛门内括约肌厚度、缺损面宽度、盆膈裂孔大小、耻骨直肠厚度,与正常对照组数据相对比,提示所有数据均具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用经会阴三维超声断层成像实现女性盆底影像学检查,通过测量患者肛门内括约肌厚度、缺损面宽度、盆膈裂孔大小、耻骨直肠厚度可定量分析其盆底功能障碍程度,指导临床选择合理治疗方式。Purpose: To evaluate the valuate of three-dimensional transvaginal sonography in evaluating female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 60 cases of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and 20 normal women were diagnosed by transvaginal three - dimensional ultrasound, to observe the thickness, shape and continuity of the internal anal sphincter, and to observe the left and right diameter, anterior and osterior diameter, area and thickness of the pelvic diaphragm. Result Three - dimensional transvaginal sonography measured the thickness of the anal sphincter, the thickness of the defect surface, the size of the diaphragm and the thickness of the pubic, it's compared with the normal control group, the data indicated that all the data were statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound tomography can realize the examination of female pelvic floor image, by measuring the patients with anal sphincter thickness, defect width, hiatus size, puborectal thickness can quantitatively analyze the degree of pelvic floor dysfunction, guide the clinical choice of treatment.
