放射免疫分析技术检测甲状腺激素准确性的影响因素及对策分析

摘　　要：目的探讨放射免疫分析技术检测甲状腺激素准确性的影响因素及对策分析。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月于我院行放射免疫分析技术检测甲状腺激素的120例患者为研究对象,这120例患者检测结果均不准确,回顾性分析其临床资料,分析影响放射免疫分析技术检测甲状腺激素检测结果的原因。结果 120例患者中,因个人因素导致检测结果不准确的有72例(60.0%),其中因吸烟导致甲状腺激素检测结果不准确的有24例(20.0%),因检测前服用了对检测结果会产生影响的药物而导致甲状腺激素检测结果不准确的有19例(15.83%),因患有对检测结果有影响的疾病而导致甲状腺激素检测结果不准确的有17例(14.17%),因其他原因导致甲状腺激素检测结果不准确的有12例(10.0%);因院方因素导致检测结果不准确的有48例(40.0%),其中因护理人员采血不当而导致甲状腺激素检测结果不准确的有33例(27.5%),因对血液标本保存、运输方法不当而导致甲状腺激素检测结果不准确的有15例(12.5%)。结论放射免疫分析技术检测甲状腺激素准确性的影响因素较多,针对影响用放射免疫技术检测甲状腺激素准确性的因素,采取相应对策,对提高放射免疫分析技术检测甲状腺激素准确性具有重要意义。Objective To explore the factors influencing the accuracy of detecting thyroid hormones by radioimmunoassay and the countermeasures. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 120 patients with thyroid hormone were detected by Radioimmunoassay technique were selected as the object, and those test results were not accurate. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the causes of the detection of thy- roid hormones were analyzed. Results Among 120 patients, the causes of inaccuracy include： personal factors [72 cases （60.0%）]： smoking [24 cases （20%）], taking drug [19 cases （15.83%）], specific disease [17 cases （14.17%）] and other causes [12 cases （10%）]; hospital factors [48 cases （40.0%）]： improper blood collection [33 cases （27.5%）], im- proper preservation and transportation of blood samples [15 cases （12.5%）]. Conclusion There are many factors influencing the accuracy of thyroid hormone by radioimmunoassay. According to the influencing factors of the accuracy of thyroid hormone detected by radioimmunoassay, corresponding measures should be taken. It will be of great significance to improve the accuracy of radioimmunoassay to detect thyroid hormones.
