摘　　要：下尺桡关节损伤是临床上腕部关节损伤中一种常见的骨科病,但在临床中常因认识不足或不重视导致失去最佳治疗机会,形成慢性下尺桡关节脱位,出现腕关节长期疼痛、功能受限。因此,对下尺桡关节损伤的早期诊断和治疗非常重要,现就下尺桡关节损伤的解剖学、生物力学、脱位分类、损伤机制、诊断与保守治疗作一综述。Injury of distal radioulnar joint is a common disease in clinical department of orthopedics. But due to lack of knowledge or do not pay attention to the injury, patients often lose the best treatment opportu- nity, resulting in chronic dislocation of distal radioulnar joint, with long-term pain and limited function of wrist. In this article, the authors review the pertinent anatomy, biomechanics, dislocation classification, injury mecha- nism, diagnosis and conservative treatment involving the distal radioulnar joint injury.
