摘 要:通过对卧式砂磨机工作流程的分析,发现了目前卧式砂磨机在结构方面存在的不足,结合国内外砂磨机中研磨盘与冷却系统的结构特点,发现其缺陷,并运用Solid Works软件和能量结构分析作出了相应的结构优化和改进,改进后的研磨盘能有效促进物料研磨时的流动性,同时通过增加冷却水管通道面积,缩短了热量散发的时间.这两部分的结构优化改进在一定程度上提高了物料的研磨效率.The deficiencies in the structure of current horizontal sand mill were found through the brief analysis of horizontal sand mill workflow. The structural characteristics of domestic and foreign sand mill grinding discs and cooling system were considered. Solid Works software and the energy structure analysis were used to make the corresponding structure optimization and improvement. The improved grinding disc promoted the flow of material grinding effectively,at the same time,reduced the heat dissipation time by increasing the cooling water pipe channel area. In a certain extent,the two parts of the structure improved the mill efficiency of material.
