摘　　要：质量指标是对一组固有特征满足要求的程度的衡量,它可监测和评价检验全过程中各个关键步骤的性能满足要求的程度,已经成为实验室内和实验室间质量管理的重要工具之一。本文介绍了质量指标在我国的建立与应用情况,有助于实验室等各相关方更好地理解和应用质量指标。Quality indicators in clinical laboratory medicine is defined as the measure of the degree of a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements. It can be used to monitor and evaluate the performance throughout critical aspects of total testing process and have become one of the important tools for the quality management in inter- and intra-laboratory. We introduce the situation of establishment and application of quality indicators in clinical laboratory medicine in this article, and hope it be helpful for its better understanding and application.
