支气管哮喘急性发作采用沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床治疗效果。方法:选取自2015年1月~2015年12月在某院治疗的100例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,其中,对照组患者给予沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为84%,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,观察组患者咳嗽咳痰消失时间、热退时间以及呼吸困难消失时间均显著少于对照组,两组患者的肺部功能明显改善,观察组效果更为明显,具有统计学意义。结论:支气管哮喘急性发作采用沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗临床治疗效果较好,能够显著改善患者的临床症状和肺部功能,不良反应较少,安全性较好,可临床进一步推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods：100 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who were treated in a hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with salbutamol and the observation group was treated with budesonide inhalation therapy on the basis of the treatement for the control group,then compare the clinical treatment of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate was 98% in the observation group and 84% in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The time of disappearance of cough and phlegm, the time of fever and the time of disappearance of dyspnea significantly less than the control group, lung function of the two groups was significantly improved,the effect of the observation group was more obvious,with statistical difference.Conclusion：The clinical treatment of bronchial asthma with salbutamol and budesonide combined with the clinical treatment is effective,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of the patients.Adverse reactions are less and the safety is better and can be further promoted.
