山莨菪碱联合米力农治疗危重症手足口病体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨山莨菪碱联合米力农治疗危重症手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选择某院2015年6月~2016年8月危重症手足口病患者60例,分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组常规治疗,观察组在此基础上山莨菪碱联合米力农治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:(1)观察组治疗有效率(83.3%)高于对照组(60.0%),P<0.01;(2)观察组治疗后心率、收缩压、乳酸清除率明显高于对照组,P<0.01。结论:山莨菪碱联合米力农联合治疗危重症手足口病疗效显著,有效改善血管微循环与心肺功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of anisodamine combined with milrinone in the treatment of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods：A total of 60 patients with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease were enrolled in this study from June 2015 to August 2016.The patients were divided into observation group and control group （30 cases）.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the observation group was treated with anisodamine combined with milrinone based on the conventional treatment,then compare treatment efficacy of the two groups.Results： （1） The effective rate （83.3%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （60.0%） （P〈0.01）.（2） The rate of heart rate, systolic blood pressure and lactic acid clearance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Anisodamine combined with milrinone combined in the treatment of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease is effective,and can improve the vascular microcirculation and cardiopulmonary function,which is worthy of clinical application.
