带状疱疹神经痛患者的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:观察带状疱疹神经痛患者的有效护理措施及护理效果。方法:随机抽取76例于2015年4月~2016年5月在某院门诊就诊的带状疱疹神经痛患者分为对照组、观察组,分别给予常规、综合护理干预,观察两组护理效果。结果:干预后,观察组患者疼痛总缓解率高于对照组,睡眠质量评分下降程度大于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异对比均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在带状疱疹神经痛患者治疗过程中同时给予综合护理干预,可促进患者疼痛症状得到更大缓解,改善患者睡眠质量,提高其护理满意度。Objective：To observe the effective nursing measures and nursing effect of patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods：76 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia patients treated in a hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group, and they were given routine and comprehensive nursing intervention,then the nursing effect in the 2 groups were observed. Re- suits： After the intervention, the total pain relief rate of observation group was higher than that Of control group, the decline degree of sleep quality score of observation group was greater than that of control group, and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, which the differences between groups were significant （P^0.05）.Conclusion： The eomprehensive nursing intervention for patients with herpes zoster neuralgia in the eourse of treatment can promote greater relief of pain symptoms in pa- tients, improve sleep quality, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
