男护士人文关怀实践感知的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解男护士对护理人文关怀的理解与感悟,为男护士人文关怀培训提供参考。方法选取6个省市12所医院的14名临床男护士,采用半结构式深入访谈法,了解其对护理人文关怀的认知,用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果男护士对人文关怀的认识包括护理人文关怀定义模糊、满足患者生理需求、满足患者心理需求、家属需要被关怀、关怀的障碍、与女性具有不同的关怀特征、关怀需要针对性培训。结论男护士表达人文关怀与女护士不同,护理教育者应鼓励男护生表达多元化的关怀行为。Objective To understand male nursesrunderstanding and feeling of nursing care, and to offer reference for their training of caring. Methods Semi-structural interviews were conducted among 14 male nurses from 12 hospitals in 6 provinces and cities to un- derstand their cognition of nursing caring, Colaizzi analysis was utilized to analyze the data. Results Male nursesrcognition of caring included unclear definition of nursing caring, meeting patients＇physical need, meeting patients＇psychological need, family members need to be cared, barriers of earing, different caring traits from female nurses and targeted training was needed for caring. Conclu- sion Caring expression of male nurses is different from that of female nurses, and nursing educators should encourage male nursing students to express diversified caring behavior.
