摘　　要：养老院是我国机构养老的主要形式之一。文章运用行为观察法,问卷调查法调查了北京市某养老院的老年人日常生活行为、室内空间利用情况以及存在的问题,进一步分析了现有建筑空间环境与设施的优缺点,对不足之处提出解决策略并对养老院空间设计提出建议。The nursing home is one of the main form of institutional pension in our country. Using the methods of behavioral observation and questionnaire survey at a Beijing nursing home to find out the situations and problems,which the old man facing on daily life,Moreover,we also analyzing of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing buildings＇ environment and facilities. And putting forward the strategies and suggestions to solve the problems of shortcomings and designs for nursing home space.
