摘 要:以破碎市政道路废弃混凝土为再生粗骨料,研究再生粗骨料取代率对再生骨料混凝土导热系数的影响规律;在此基础上,掺入粉煤灰与稻壳,分别研究其对再生骨料混凝土导热性能改善效果。研究结果表明,提高再生粗骨料取代率可减低混凝土的导热系数;粉煤灰掺量在20%以内对再生骨料混凝土导热性能无明显影响;稻壳可显著改善再生骨料混凝土的导热性能,100%再生粗骨料、20%稻壳掺量的再生骨料混凝土导热系数约为相同再生粗骨料取代率的再生骨料混凝土的18.3%,普通混凝土的28.3%。Waste concrete coming from crushed municipal road was used as recycled coarse aggregate,and the impact of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate on thermal conductivity of recycled aggregate concrete was studied. Based on this,fly ash and rice husk were added to investigate their influence on thermal conductivity of recycled aggregate concrete respectively. Research result showed that the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate reduced thermal conductivity of concrete,the addition of fly ash within 20% showed little impact on thermal conductivity of recycled aggregate concrete,and the addition of rice husk could noticeably enhance thermal conductivity of recycled aggregate concrete with 20% addition of rice husk in recycled aggregate concrete showed only 18. 3% thermal conductivity compared with that of recycled aggregate concrete with the same recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and 28. 3% thermal conductivity compared with that of normal concrete.
