摘  要:对公路钢拱桥H型吊杆进行了精细化受力分析,通过局部有限元仿真模型分析找出了疲劳破坏的关键部位,利用我国公路钢桥规范疲劳荷载计算模型,基于构造细节的疲劳强度曲线与Miner损伤累积法则,对H型吊杆进行了疲劳分析。该方法可推广到同类吊杆的疲劳分析。研究结果验证了短吊杆是疲劳破坏薄弱位置的观点,有必要对其进行专门的疲劳分析,通过改变吊杆端部的连接形式,可以大幅改善H型短吊杆的抗疲劳性能。Refined analysis on mechanical behaviors of H-shaped suspenders in highway steel arch bridge is conducted in this paper. The key position of fatigue failure is found out through the analysis of local finite element model. Utilizing the fatigue load model in the specifications for highway steel bridge of China, based on the fatigue strength curve of structural details and the Miner linear fatigue damage accumulation rule, the fatigue analysis of H-shaped suspenders is conducted. This methodology of fatigue analysis can be extended to the other similar suspenders. It is verified that the short suspenders is the weak position of fatigue failure in this article. The special fatigue analysis to the suspenders is necessary. By changing the connection form of the suspender end, the fatigue performance of H-shaped short suspenders can be greatly improved.
