摘 要:选取实际生产的再生细骨料和天然砂进行颗粒级配、含泥量、泥块含量、压碎指标、表观密度、堆积密度、空隙率、吸水率、胶砂需水量比和强度比等性能试验,并对两者进行了对比。结果表明:再生细骨料物理性能不及天然砂,但所有试验所测指标基本能达到规范Ⅲ类的要求,混凝土工程实践也表明能够用适当比例的再生细骨料替代天然砂。The actually produced recycled fine aggregate and the natural sand are selected to carry out the property experiments of grain gradation, mud content, clay lump content, crushing index, apparent density,bulk density, void fraction, water absorption, water content ration and intensity ratio of glue sand, and the both are compared. The result shows that the physical property of recycled fine aggregate is not as good as the natural sand, but all experimental indexes can basically meet the requirements of Grade III in Specification.The concrete engineering practice also shows that the appropriate proportion of recycled fine aggregate can replace the natural sand.
