摘  要:以二氧化钛、二氧化硅、硅胶、活性炭、活性氧化铝等固体材料为载体分别负载对甲苯磺酸,硬脂酸和乙二醇双酯化反应为模版,筛选出高活性的负载型催化剂.实验结果表明,活性氧化铝负载对甲苯磺酸催化酯化反应活性最高.在该酯化反应条件下,探讨了不同负载方法、负载量、催化剂用量和催化剂重复使用对酯化反应的影响.当活性氧化铝负载对甲苯磺酸催化剂负载量为19.7%,催化剂用量为0.2g,反应温度130℃时,反应2h,产物产率可达97.1%.该负载型催化剂是一种选择性高、催化性能良好的环境友好型催化剂,而且重复使用效果好.The toluene sulfonic acid was loaded on titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, silica gel, actived charcoal, activated alumina solid materials carrier,respectively, the esterification reaction of stearic acid with ethylene glycol as template and highly active sup- ported catalyst was screened. The experimental results shown that the p-toluene sulfonic acid loaded on activated aluminum oxide the catalytic esterification activity was the highest. Under the condition of optimized esterification reaction, the effects of supported catalyst to the esterification reaction by the different load method, the capacity of load, the dosage of catalyst and the reuse of catalyst were investigated. When the supported capacity of p-toluene sulfonic acid was 19.7%, the dosage of catalyst 0.2 g, reaction temperature at 130 ℃ for 2 h, the product yield can reach 97.1%. The p-toluene sulfonic acid loaded on activated aluminum oxide catalyst is an environmentally friendly catalyst with its high selectivity, good catalytic performance, and recycle use.
