摘  要:本文提出了一种以光伏电池物理模型为基础,通过计算拟合,提取光伏电池的特性曲线数据,将其应用到光伏模拟器的控制策略中,从而实现光伏模拟器可靠精确地模拟实际光伏系统的新方法。用数学方法对光伏电池的物理模型进行了推导,并用Matlab软件对物理模型进行了仿真和数据提取。利用仿真拟合提取的数据,作为控制器的查表数据,对模拟器进行了实验,根据实测数据绘制出了模拟器I-V曲线,实验结果表明,实测和物理模型曲线相吻合。新方法为光伏模拟器的实际应用提供了一种有益借鉴。A novel photovohaic simulator implementation method is proposed which can make the photovohaic simulator simulate the actual photovohaic system reliably and accurately. Based on the physical model, the characteristic curve data is extracted by calculating and fitting. Then, the extracted parameters are applied to the control algorithm of the photovohaic simulator. The physical model of photovohaic ceils is deduced by mathematical methods. And the model is simulated with the software Matlab. The experiments are done on the proposed photovohaie simulator using the extracted characteristic curve data as the input data of the controller .The I-V curve of the simulator is shown according to the experimental data. The experiments show that the measured curve and the model curve is in agreement. The new method provides a way for application of photovohaic simulator.
