摘  要:试验研究了铁水中铬含量(0.15%~0.27%)对脱磷率、Cr、Mn回收率和HRB400钢力学性能的影响。通过生产实践得出铁水最佳Cr含量为0.18%~0.25%和炉渣(Cr_2O_3)为2%,通过合理控制炉渣成分(/%:45.84CaO,16.10SiO_2,8.81MgO,1.60Al_2O_3,3.48P_2O_5,1.55Cr_2O_3,13.23TFe,R2.84),转炉脱磷率为80.33%,Cr的回收率为71.35%,转炉终点[Cr]为0.13%以上,钢中Si含量可降低0.02%,Mn含量降低0.03%,可有效利用残余元素Cr替代部分Si和Mn,降低了生产成本。Effect of chromium content (0. 15% - 0. 27% ) in hot metal on dephosphorization rate, yield of Cr and Mn, and mechanical properties of steel HRIMO0 has been tested and studied. It is obtained by production practice that the optimum Cr content in hot metal is 0. 18% -0. 25% and the suitable slag (Cr203 ) is 2% , with reasonable controlling slag ingredient (/% : 45.84CAO, 16. 10SiO2, 8.81MgO, 1.60A1203 , 3.48P205 , 1.55Cr203 , 13.23TFe, R2. 84) the BOF dephosphorization rate of liquid is 80. 33% and the yield of Cr is 71.35%, BOF end [ Cr] is more than 0. 13% , the Si and Mn content in steel may decrease respectively 0. 02% and 0. 03%, it is available to replace partial Si and Mn by resid- ual Cr to decrease the production cost.
