加味逍遥散联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味逍遥散联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予加味逍遥散联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,对照组单用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,2组均用药24周。于治疗前后检测2组患者的肝功能指标:谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBil)。记录患者乏力、畏食、恶心、腹胀、肝区疼痛等症状的改善情况。结果:治疗后,总有效率观察组90.00%,对照组72.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组AST、ALT、GGT、TBil水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组各指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味逍遥散联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者临床疗效确切,可显著改善肝功能。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyao San combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods ：Eighty cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were selected,and were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with modified Xiaoyao San combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules, while the control group was only treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules. Both groups received treatment for 24 weeks. Liver function indexes in both groups, such as aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, γ-glutamyltransferase（GGT） and total bilirubin（TBil） were detected before and after treatment.Recorded improvements of symptoms such as hypodynamia,sitophobia,nausea,abdominal distension and liver area pain.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 72.50% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Levels of AST,ALT,GGT and TBil in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. And levels of all these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The therapy of modified Xiaoyao San combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules for patients with chronic hepatitis B of hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type has significant curative effect and great clinically applicable value.
