益气养阴方联合西医疗法治疗原发性干燥综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方联合西医疗法治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效及对患者免疫指标的影响。方法:选取82例气阴两虚型原发性干燥综合征患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各41例,对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气养阴方治疗,2组患者均观察治疗3月。观察2组的治疗效果及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、C4、红细胞沉降率(ESR)的变化。结果:观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.12%、80.49%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IgG、C4、ESR均较治疗前改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),观察组IgG、ESR水平均低于对照组,C4水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:采用益气养阴方联合西医疗法治疗气阴两虚型原发性干燥综合征患者,可促进症状改善,增强疗效,改善机体免疫力,具有较高的应用价值。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin prescription combined with western medicine in treating primary sjogren syndrome and its effect on immune indexes of patients. Methods：Selected 82 cases of patients with primary sjogren syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency type as study objects,and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,41 cases in each group. The conventional therapy of western medicine was given to both groups, while the observation group additionally received Yiqi Yangyin prescription for treatment. Both groups received treatment and observation for 3 months. Observed the curative effect,changes of immune indexes such as immunoglobulin G（IgG） and complement C4,and changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） in both groups. Results：The total effective rate was 95.12% in the observation group and 80.49% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,IgG,C4 and ESR in both groups were improved,comparing with those before treatment（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. In the observation group,levels of IgG and ESR were lower than those in the control group,while C4 was higher than that in the control group, differences being significant（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The therapy of Yiqi Yangyin prescription combined with western medicine for patients with primary sjogren syndrome can enhance the improvements of symptoms,promote the curative effect and improve body immunity,which is of high applicable value.
