摘 要:为了提高播种机机械部件仿真的可靠性,克服传统几何仿真的局限性,提出了一种基于OpenGL建模和离散元仿真软件的播种机零部件虚拟设计方法,并以播种机开沟器和排种盘的实验和仿真验证了其可靠性。设计了播种机部件、土壤和种子的离散元建模方法,并设置了仿真模拟参数,通过实验测试了开沟器的力学性能和排种器的漏播率与重播率,最后将其和离散元仿真结果进行了对比。对比结果表明:利用离散元仿真模拟方法与实验测试得到的阻力、漏播率和重播率的结果基本吻合,从而验证了其在播种机部件设计优化中使用的可行性,为播种机部件的优化提供了一种新的设计方法。In order to improve the reliability of mechanical components sowing machine simulation, overcome the limitations of traditional geometric simulation, it proposes a design method of virtual parts seeder OpenGL modeling and simula- tion software based on discrete element. Then the seeding machine mechanical parts opener and seeding experiments and simulation verified its reliability. The discrete element modeling method to design components, soil and seed sowing machine, and set the simulation parameters, test the mechanical properties of the opener and the metering device of the leakage sowing rate and replay rate, finally the discrete element simulation results and comparison. By comparing the results obtained by the simulation method and experimental test of discrete element simulation of resistance, leakage sowing rate and replay rate results, which verifies the feasibility of its use in parts of seeding machine design optimization, which provides a new design method for the optimization of the mechanical components of the seeder.
