摘  要:为提高播种机作业质量,避免因导种管堵塞、机械传动故障及种箱排空而导致的大面积漏播现象,设计了气吸式免耕播种机工况监测系统。系统利用微处理器技术与传感器技术,对播种机作业速度、播种量、播种密度及种箱料位等工作状态进行实时监测。同时,开发了以ARM处理器为核心的显示终端,使用无线通信的方式进行数据的传输,采集的作业数据经过微处理器计算分析后,在显示终端上实时显示,播种机出现故障时,会启动报警,显示出故障区域及原因。试验结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,能够完成播种机作业工况的实时监测。To improve the operation quality of seeder, avoid large-area eakage sowing cause by the guide of pipe clogging, mechanical faults and box emptying , a gas suction no-till seeding machine condition monitoring system was designed. Monitoring system using microprocessor technology and sensor technology, finished the real-time monitoring of operating speed, seeding rate, seeding density and the state of seed case, developed display terminal use ARM processor as the core, use wireless transmission to transmit data, operating data was calculated and analyzed by microprocessor and display on terminal. At the same time, the system will alarm when the seeder occurs faults, show the reason of fault and the fault zone. The experimental results showed that the system operates stable and reliable, it could complete the realtime monitoring of seeder operation state.
