摘 要:精准农业要求在播种、施肥和收割作业过程中都达到精准控制,要求机具具有高效节能的特点,而准直行走是关键,据此提出了一种基于GPS和移动节点Ad Hoc网络的准直行走播种机设计方法。该方法采用GPS接收器来接受基准偏差,并利用移动节点来组建网络,达到远程通信的目的。其中,准直行走的控制器采用PLC控制器,行走系统使用独立驱动轮,通过转速差来调整方向。对Ad Hoc网络的成功接收率、接收端时延和平均跳数进行了性能检测,结果表明:使用蚁群算法可以有效地提高网络的成功接收率,降低接收端的平均时延和平均跳数,从而提高了移动节点路由链路的稳定性。对播种机进行了准直行走精度实验,结果表明:播种机的准直行走精度较高,有效提高了播种机的工作效率,准直行走精度也能够满足精准农业对准直精度的要求。Precision agriculture required achieving precise control in sowing, fertilizing and harvesting process, which requires the characteristics of equipment with high efficiency and energy saving. For collimation walking is the key, it proposes a design method of GPS seeder walking alignment and the mobile node based on Hoe network Ad. The method uses GPS receiver to receive standard deviation, uses mobile nodes to the network, to achieve the purpose of remote communication, wherein the controller adopts PLC controller collimation walking, walking system by using independent driving wheel to adjust the direction of the speed difference. The Ad hoe network success rate, the receiver delay and the average number of hops are tested and the test results showed that using the ant colony algorithm can effectively improve the network success rate, reduce the average delay of the receiving end and the average number of hops, which can improve the stability of the mobile node routing link effectively. The seeding machine was walking collimation precision experiment, the experimental results show that the high precision alignment walking planter, planter can effectively improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of alignment walking, which can meet the demand of precision agriculture on alignment accuracy.
