摘  要:研究代谢对环境因子变化的响应是节旋藻生理的重要内容。以原产于鄂尔多斯碱湖的钝顶节旋藻(S1)和非洲乍得湖钝顶节旋藻(S_2)为实验材料,模拟鄂尔多斯高原区初春和深秋的光温条件,研究低温、强光胁迫下S_1的净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素a(Chl a)及藻蓝蛋白(PC)含量的响应及与S_2的差异。结果表明:低温、强光处理条件下节旋藻Pn显著下降(p<0.05),处理温度越低、时间越长,Chl a含量降幅越大,且降幅S_2>S_1;样品PC含量与处理温度呈正相关,处理时间对PC含量的影响不明显(p>0.05)。Arthroapira platensis’ s metabolic response to environmental changes is the focus of researches.This project using the species of Arthroapira platensis from the alkaline lake of Erdos Plateau(S1) and from the lake of Chad Africa(S2) as experimental subjects,simulating the light and temperature conditions of early spring and late autumn of Erdos,researched the change of photosynthetic rate(Pn),chlorophyll a content(Chl a),phycocyanin(PC) content under the stress of low temperature and high light,and compared the difference of stress response between S1 and S2.The results showed that the photoinhibition of Arthroapira was significant under the stress of low temperature and high light,the Pn and the Chl a content dropped drastically with lower temperature and longer treating time(p 〈 0.05),decreasing range was S2〉 S1,the PC content was positive correlated with treating temperature,the effect of treating time on PC content was not significantly(p 〉 0.05).
