摘 要:为快速设计符合要求的柴油机冷却水套,通过对某柴油机样机机构深入研究,建立该试验样机的冷却水套的三维CATIA模型,在保证不影响仿真精度的情况下对模型进行简化处理.将简化模型导入ANSYS ICEM中对模型进行网格划分,根据经验值数据合理的设定初始条件和边界条件,由三维分析软件CFX对流场进行离散化仿真计算,通过对计算结果的分析研究其流场压力分布、密度分布、换热系数分布及冷却水流量分布,为以后的样机优化提供依据.In order to design diesel engine cooling water jacket rapidly which meets the requirements, through the in-depth study for a diesel engine prototype, the experimental prototype of 3D CATIA model of cooling jacket was established, and the model was simplified under the condition that the simulation accuracy does not be affected. Simplified model was imported to the ANSYS ICEM to meshed, and the initial conditions and boundary conditions were set reasonable according to the experience data, then which was simulated and calculated by the 3D analysis software CFX. The analysis of the calculation results was used to study the pressure distribution of flow field, density distribution and heat transfer coefficient and cooling water flow rate distribution, which would provide the basis for future prototype optimization.
