摘　　要：本文结合重庆科技学院二级学院心理辅导站运行现状,从组织机构的建立、实现途径、评估机制等方面构建了"12352"心理健康教育工作模式,对高校二级学院健康教育工作的开展具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper combined with the status quo of the psychological counseling station of Chongqing university of Science and Technology,The form of＂12352＂ mental health education was constructed from the aspects as the establishment of the organization,the way of realization and the evaluation mechanism.All of those has certain reference significance to Associate college health education work.
