“双创”背景下在杭高校创新创业教育现状的思考与建议

摘　　要：2016年2月,浙江省政府办公厅出台了《关于推进高等学校创新创业教育的实施意见》,提出从2016年起全面推进高校创新创业教育,到2016年3月底前,全省高校普遍建立创业学院。这表明,浙江省委省政府积极响应中央"大众创业、万众创新"的号召,适应浙江省产业转型升级对人才的需求。本文基于前期调研,对比在杭高校创新创业教育的模式与机制,旨在进一步梳理和探索高校创新创业教育的有效途径。The General Office of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee unveiled the Implementation Suggestions to Promote the Innovative and Enterprise Education of Higher Education Institutions in February,2016.The Implementation Suggestions indicate Higher Education Institutions should boost the innovative and enterprise education systematically and to construct the entrepreneurship school in 2016.It shows the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee to respond actively to the appeal of Central Committee＇s mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy.And also meet the need of talents during the period of industrial transformation.This paper is based on the initial research,comparing the patterns and mechanism of innovative and enterprise education of higher education institutions in Hangzhou,and explore the efficient way to launch the innovative and enterprise education in China.
