摘　　要：政府信息传播在以移动数据终端为载体的"指上云"时代被赋予了新的涵义与要求。聚焦以移动新媒体为内容的"指上云"时代,探究移动新媒体环境下政府信息传播面临的挑战,进而提出政府信息传播机制创新的策略,具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。Government ioformation dissemination has its new meaning and requires at the era of the mobile date cloud. It has a very important theoretical value and practical significance analyzing the meanings of the era of the mobile date cloud, the challenges and the methods of government information dissemination.
