晚期癌症患者家属生活质量现状与家庭功能的关系

摘　　要：目的:了解晚期癌症患者家属生活质量现状及其与家庭功能的关系。方法:采用家庭功能量表(FAD)和生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BRIEF)对174名晚期癌症患者家属进行调查。结果:晚期癌症患者男性家属生活质量高于女性家属(t=2.616,P<0.05),患者身体状况不同的晚期癌症患者照顾者在生活质量总分存在显著差异(F=7.176,P<0.01),不同患者病情知情程度的晚期癌症患者照顾者在生活质量总分存在显著差异(F=7.656,P<0.01);不同FAD组生活质量差异有统计学意义(F=20.641,P<0.001);家庭功能和生活质量总分表现出显著负相关(r=-0.456,P<0.01)。结论:晚期癌症患者家属生活质量不容乐观,在性别、患者身体状况、患者病情知情程度方面的差异有统计学意义,并且家庭功能是影响生活质量的重要因素,不容忽视。Objective ：To understand the status of quality of life of caregiver of advanced cancer patients and its re -lationship with family function .Methods ：A total of 174 caregiver of advanced cancer patients were assessed by the Family assessment device（FAD）and WHO quality of life - brief（WHOQOL - BRIEF） .Results ：The quality of life of caregiver of advanced cancer patients of male was better than that of female （t = 2 .616 ,P 〈 0 .05） ,the score of the quality of life of caregiver of advanced cancer patients was significantly different among different physical condition of the patient groups（F = 7 .176 ,P 〈 0 .01） ,and the same to the different groups of informed disease extent of the pa-tient（F = 7 .656 ,P 〈 0 .01） ;The quality of life of different FAD group was statistically significant different （F =20 .641 ,P 〈 0 .001） ;Family function and the score of the quality of life showed a significantly negative correlation （r= -0 .456 ,P 〈 0 .01） .Conclusion ：The quality of life of caregiver of advanced cancer patients is not optimistic ,and there are significant differences between genders ,physical condition and the informed disease extent of the patient ,and family function is an important factor affecting the quality of life .
