摘　　要：目的:了解男护生的幸福感现状及影响因素,有针对性地提出干预策略。方法:应用大学生幸福感影响因素调查表对两所本科院校一至四年级392名男护生进行调查。结果:(1)男护生主观幸福感平均分为(3.35±0.96),19.2%的男护生主观幸福感较低。男护生主观幸福感低于女护生(t=5.02,P<0.05);(2)不同年级的男护生幸福感有差异(F=3.46,P<0.05),从低年级到高年级呈"U"字形变化,四年级男护生主观幸福感显著高于其他年级;(3)男护生幸福感影响因素有其性别特点和年级差异(P<0.05,0.01);(4)多元线性回归分析显示,家庭因素、专业态度、身体状况等影响男护生幸福感(r=0.343,R2=0.118)。结论:本科男护生幸福感水平有待进一步提高。性别、年级、家庭状况、专业态度是影响男护生主观幸福感的重要因素。Objective ：To investigate the present status and the influencing factors of male nursing students ＇ well -being and put forwards some intervention strategies .Methods ：A total of 392 male nursing students between the first to the fourth grade from two different colleges were investigated with ＂the influencing factors of students＇ happiness questionnaire＂ .Results ：① Male nursing students＇subjective well - being was （3 .35 ± 0 .96） ,The subjective well - be-ing of 19 .2% male nursing students was low ,and the male＇ subjective well - being was lower than the females＇ （t =5 .02 ,P 〈 0 .05） ;② There were some differences between different grades （F = 3 .46 ,P 〈 0 .05） ,which showed ＇U＇shape from junior students to senior students ,grade four was significantly higher than other grades （P 〈 0 .05 ,P 〈0 .01） ;③ The influencing factors of male nursing students＇ well - being were gender and grade ;④ Multiple liner re-gression showed that family factor ,professional attitude ,physical condition etc .influenced the well - being of male nursing students（r = 0 .343 ,R2 = 0 .118） .Conclusion ：The level of male nursing students＇ subjective well - being needs to be further improved .Gender ,grade ,family ,and professional attitude are the impact factors of male nursing students＇ subjective well - being .
