我国大众体育发展方式转变的动因分析和路径探索

摘　　要：从大众体育发展中的矛盾出发,认为大众体育发展的动因是:对于大众体育认识不断推进与大众体育发展目标逐步调整之间的矛盾、大众体育发展体制效能边界与大众体育发展需求不断提升之间的矛盾、大众体育发展高社会效益与大众体育低发展水平之间的矛盾。我国大众体育发展方式转变的路径包括方向路径、制度路径和操作路径。方向路径是大众体育向健康促进转向;制度路径是大众体育的多元化模式发展,包括大众体育多元化需求的表达、大众体育多元化供给的实现和大众体育多元化绩效的评价;操作路径是大众体育嵌入个人领域、大众体育嵌入家庭领域和大众体育嵌入社会领域。This study explored the motives for the development of sports for all from the perspective of contradiction, think- ing that these motives include contradictions between increasing understanding of sport for all and gradual adjustment of its development goals, between the effectiveness border of sport for all and increasing demand for its development, and between high social benefits of sport for all and its low development levels. Three paths were suggested to the transformation of the development mode of sports for all ： direction path,institutional path and operation path. The direction path is health-promo- tion-oriented, the institutional path is a diversified development mode covering expression of diverse needs, supply diversity and diversified performance evaluation, and the operation path incorporates sport for all into activities of the individual, the family and society.
