摘　　要：武术段位制自推行以来,业内外褒贬不一,莫衷一是。从宏观层面来审视和把握武术段位制的定位与发展,更符合当下武术发展的需要。运用文献资料、专家访谈、对比分析等研究方法,从武术段位制发展的时代契机、现实挑战以及应对策略三个方面,对其进行全方位的理论探讨,希冀为新时期中华武术的传承与推广做出贡献。研究认为:武术段位制在迎来文化强国战略需求、全民健身市场需求以及学校教育发展需求等时代机遇的同时,也不可避免地遭遇着同类异域体育文化的市场竞争、武术发展国家定位的明显缺失以及段位制自身缺憾等前所未有的挑战。对此,应采取国家层面、主管部门和社会群体三位一体的应对策略,使武术在参与文化竞争中获得更高的社会价值认同;通过武术段位制自身体系的不断调整与完善以及武术人专业素质的提升,使武术段位制得以更好地推广与普及。Since the release of Wushu Duan System,there had been a lot of arguments and discussions about it.It is necessary to judge and evaluate the position and development of Wushu Duan System from a bird-view.This paper aims to help promote the development of Wushu by making a comprehensive study of Wushu Duan System on aspects of its development stages,the times,the challenges it faces and the counterpart measures with methods of documentation,expert interview and comparative studies.Presently,Wushu meets good opportunities as China has a much stronger economy than before and a stronger desire to popularize Chinese cultures abroad and there is a more mature sports market and there is a stronger demand for PE classes in campus.However,Wushu also faces serious challenges which include the impact of western cultures,market competition from other sports,no strong position in national development plans and the weaknesses of Wushu Duan System itself.To deal with those situations and to develop and popularize Wushu further and better,a three-layer development strategy from the national level,relative governmental departments and the general public level should be organized,so to give Wushu a stronger social position and make it be recognized more highly,and Wushu Duan System itself should be regulated and improved.
