摘  要:随着氮氧化物的减排标准逐年严格,加快对选择性催化还原方法(SCR)的研究,提高烟气脱硝效率是水泥行业的当务之急。选用一款CFD软件对某日产5 000t级水泥熟料生产线初步设计的SCR脱硝反应器进行数值模拟研究,选用湍流模型、多孔介质模型对SCR反应器的流场进行模拟计算;运用组分输运模型和离散相(DPM)模型模拟NH_3与烟气的混合过程,研究喷氨面位置、喷氨口个数对混合过程的影响。结果表明:在烟道弯管处设置导流板,能有效地改善反应器内烟气流场,较优方案的烟气流速偏差仅为6.95%;喷氨面与催化剂层的距离及喷氨口个数都能影响NH_3与NO_x的混合。With the increasing of nitrogen oxides emission reduction standards, it is imperative to accelerate the research on selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of the cement industry, so as to increase the DeNOx efficiency. We employed a CFD numerical simulation to study the preliminary design of SCR reactor based on a 5 000 t/d scale cement pro duction line. The turbulence model, and the porous medium model were selected for SCR reactor flow field simulation, the component transport model and the discrete phase model (DPM) were used to simulate the mixing process of NH3 and flue gas, meantime the effect of ammonia spray surface position and spraying ammonia port number on mixing process was studied. The experimental results show that the flow field in the reactor can be improved effectively by setting the flow guide plate in the flue of elbow. The flue gas velocity deviation of the optimal scheme is only 6.95% ; the distance between the ammonia spraying surface and the catalyst layer, and the number of the ammonia injection nozzles all can affect the mixing of NHa and NOx.
