摘 要:采用溶剂热法合成了金属有机骨架材料MIL-53(Al)用于对污水中Ni^(2+)的处理研究,并与Al_2O_3对污水中Ni^(2+)的去除效果进行了比较。样品通过热重-差热(TG)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附-脱附等方法进行表征。采用光度吸收法分析污水中Ni^(2+)在处理前和处理后的浓度差别,结果显示,MIL-53(Al)对Ni^(2+)的去除率达到92%,Al_2O_3对Ni^(2+)的去除率达到82%,MIL-53(Al)对污水中Ni^(2+)的去除能力明显优于多孔材料Al_2O_3。Metal-organic framework (MOF) material MIL-53 (Al) (MIL.. Materials of Institut Lavoisier) was prepared by solvothermal method, serving as a sorbing material of Ni^2+ for treatment of waste water. Comparison on the adsorbing performances between the MIL-53(Al) and the Al2O3 adsorption materials was onducted to understand the adsorption behavior of the adsorbent. The adsorbent were characterized by thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), N2 adsorption-desorption, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The concentration difference of Ni^2+ in wastewater before treatment and after treatment was analyzed by spectrophotometry. Indeed, the adsorption material MIL-53(Al) exhibited much higher adsorption capacity than Al2O3 adsorbent in Niz+ test, with 92% removal rate on MIL-53(Al) and with 82% removal rate on Al2O3.
