星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床疗效,为中西医结合治疗该病提供理论依据。方法将120例诊断为迟发性性腺功能减退症的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组A组、B组,每组40例,对照组单纯口服十一酸睾酮软胶囊,治疗A组采用星状神经节阻滞治疗,治疗B组采用星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗。以1个月为一疗程,评价治疗前、治疗后1个月的临床疗效,并比较治疗前后LOH症状评分。结果与对照组比较,治疗A组总有效率为80%,说明星状神经节阻滞治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症疗效显著(P<0.01),治疗B组总有效率为90%,说明星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗效果比A组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组LOH症状评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗B组与治疗A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗迟发性性腺功能减退症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Guipi decoction combined with stellate ganglion block（SGB） in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome, and provide theoretical basis for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine-treated male climacteric syndrome by. Methods Total of 120 male patients with climacteric were divided into the treatment group A（40 cases）, the treatment group B（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）randomly. The patients in the treatment group A were treated with SGB, and the patients in the treatment group B were treated with Guipi decoction combined with SGB, while the patients in the control group were treated with testosterone undecanoate only. One month was a course of treatment. Then therapeutic effect of pretherapy, one month after treatment, and PADAM symptom score were comparatively analyzed. Results Total efficiency of Group A and Group was 80% and 90%, respectively, which was higher than that of the control group. This result indicated that clinical effect of Guipi decoction combined with SGB was better than SGB. The PADAM symptom score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）, moreover, there was a statistical significance in PADAM symptom score between group B and group A. Conclusion Guipi decoction combined with SGB was effective in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome, and can be popularized in clinic.
