摘 要:本课题组采用自主分离筛选的微生物进行大麻的生物脱胶。对其生物脱胶污水分析表明,生物脱胶混合污水呈深褐色,p H为9,化学需氧量(CODcr)为13693.57 mg/L,悬浮颗粒物(SS)为1600 mg/L,总氮浓度为2.31%。采用化学、生化处理工艺对高浓度的大麻脱胶污水进行了初步的处理研究,处理的主要步骤为絮凝沉淀—好氧活性污泥处理。经过絮凝沉淀处理,污水的CODcr值降到7099.20 mg/L,CODcr值去除率达到48.16%。活性污泥好氧处理后,污水CODcr值进一步降低到了4517.20 mg/L,去除率为36.37%。仅通过两步处理,使污水的CODcr值共降低67.01%。The independent separation and screening of microorganisms was used in the biological degumming of hemp. The analysis of biological degumming wastewater shows that the wastewater was dark brown, pH of 9, chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) 13693.57 my/L, and suspended particulate matter (SS) for total nitrogen 1600 my/L, concentration of 2.31% , respectively. The chemical and biochemical treatment process of high concentration of degumming wastewater of hemp were studied. The main processing process includes the flocculation precipitation and aerobic activated sludge process. After flocculation precipitation treatment, CODcr value of wastewater was dropped to 7099.20 my/L, and CODcr removal rate reached 48.16%. After activated sludge aerobic treatment,CODcr values of wastewater further was down to 4517.20 my/L, removal rate of 36.37%. Only by two-step process, the CODcr values of sewage were reduced by 67.01%.
