摘　　要："一带一路"战略确立了发展外向型经济的思路,为旅游业带了更广阔的旅游市场、更丰富的旅游资源和产品开发思路、更开阔的国际视野和更开放的发展思路,为发展外向型旅游业带来了前所未有的机遇。河北省虽然不是"一带一路"战略的重点区域,但却与"一带一路"战略有着千丝万缕的联系,外向型发展道路也是河北省旅游业转型发展和顺应时代发展趋势的必然选择。同时,河北省旅游业也面临着诸多挑战,应以更开阔的国际视野和更开放的旅游业发展思路为指导,加大旅游基础设施建设投入和有针对性的旅游宣传力度,提高旅游产品质量,同时注重旅游专业服务人员的培养与服务水平的提升以及旅游信息技术的应用与更新,在此基础上构建外向型发展模式。＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy establishes the conception of developing export-oriented economy, bringing a broader market, more abundant resources and a more open vision for tourism industry. Therefore, unprecedented opportunities are created to develop export-oriented tourism. Although not the key region of ＂B＆R＂, Hebei province is inextricably linked with it, for export-oriented path is an inevitable choice for the Hebei tourism industry. Meanwhile, we are also facing many challenges. To construct export-ori- ented development model, these measures can be taken： increasing investment in tourism infrastructure and targeted tourism publici- ty; improving the quality of tourism products, staff training and service, and upgrading information technology in tourism.
