摘 要:本文介绍了TiB_2的性质和制备方法。总结了近年来TiB_2基硬质材料的研究现状:TiB_2基硬质材料体系的选择主要是通过加入第二硬质相实现增强增韧和加入金属作为粘接剂来改善性能,制备性能优异的硼化钛基硬质材料;TiB_2基硬质材料的制备技术主要有热压烧结技术、机械合金化技术、放电等离子烧结技术和原位反应烧结技术等,不同制备工艺获得的材料的硬度、强度和密度略有不同。提出了TiB_2基硬质材料研究过程中存在的困难,体系之间的物质反应产物控制难度大,生成的硼化物给后续的分析工作带来难度;实验过程中带入碳,影响材料的致密性;硼化钛的烧结性能不好,要合理的设计复合材料的成分,为以后的研究工作提供参考。The properties and preparation methods of TiB2 are introduced. The research status of TiBe-based hard materials in recent years is summarized. Firstly, the system selection of TiB2-based hard materials is founded on adding the second hard phase to strengthen the toughness and adding one or more metallic elements as adhesive to improve the performance for preparing the TiB2-based hard materials with excellent performance. Secondly, the preparation technologies of TiB2-based hard materials include hot-pressing sintering, mechanical alloying, spark plasma sintering and in-situ reaction sintering; the hardness, strength and density of the hard materials obtained by different preparation process are slightly different. Finally, the difficulties in the research of TiB2-based hard materials are put forward, for example, it is difficult to control the reaction products in the system, the formation of horides affects the subsequent analysis, and the carbon introduced during the experiment affects the density of the hard materials. It is necessary to reasonably design the composition of the hard materials because of poor sintering properties of titanium boride, which will provide reference for the research in future.
