装配式建筑实施精益建造的可行性及必要性研究

摘　　要：从研究装配式建筑和精益建造的基本理论和实施现状入手,详细分析了两者的相似关系,理论及技术的相互支撑及协同关系.在此基础上,从建造流程、管理模式、对资源环境的影响三个方面,详细分析了装配式建筑对传统造模式的变革,以及精益建造对装配式建筑实施变革的技术支撑.From the study of the basic theory and present situation of prefabricated construction and lean construction, similarity relation, mutual supporting relation and cooperative relation are analyzed. On this basis, change of prefabricated construction compared with traditional construction mode as well as technical support of lean construction to prefabricated construction are discussed from the following three aspects： construction flow, management mode and the impact on the environment.
