摘　　要：作为公共政策文本的文件,在中国政治运行中发挥着重要作用。本文从公共政策文本概念出发,厘清了政策文本研究的逻辑基础、评析了既有的公共政策文本研究的五种路径,总结出公共政策文本研究正在经历定量化、大数据化和归因化的发展趋势。Many scholars paid attention to Documents （wenjian） since the play a crucial role in Chinese political regime. In this literature review, we clarify the basis and logical start of this kind of researches after introducing the concept and function of documem. We argue that present researches approach is divided into five approaches： semantical and syntactical approach, pragmatics approach, policy content approach, scientometrics approach and social network analysis approach. And then, we find that public policy documents research is experiencing a trend of qualification, big data and attribution.
