摘　　要：期刊规范文档可以实现对期刊书目信息的统一管理和规范控制。通过对NSTL全数字业务流程中期刊规范文档应用场景的分析,明确了"资源描述与检索"和"数据统计与分析"两类核心需求。针对NSTL联合目录系统中部分沿革信息缺失问题,以乌利希期刊资源为补充,完善期刊沿革关系;针对外部资源别名整合问题,以Pub Med期刊资源为例,实现期刊别名整合。最后,利用所开发的原型系统进行了示例数据的验证。Building authority files for journals are conducive to the management and authority control of the journal bibliographic information. Based on the analysis of application scenarios of journal authority file in NSTL digital business platform, this paper summarizes its two core requirements： resource descriptions ＆ retrievals, and data statistics ＆ analysis. The paper addresses the issue of missing history information in NSTL Union Catalog System, and takes Ulrich journal as external supplement to complete the journal historical relations. As for the integration of journal titles in different external resources, it uses PubMed journal as an example to ilhistrate the point. Finally, sample data is validated by means of the prototype system.
