群众业余足球参与者的发展现状及对策研究——以合肥市的业余足球参与者为例

摘　　要：为推动合肥市群众业余足球运动发展,细化并帮助《中国足球改革发展总体方案》更有效实施,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,通过对合肥市业余足球参与者的分析,发现合肥业余足球在经历了近17年的发展之后仍旧存在着一些不足,如:业余足球赛事形式单调,业余足球的源头建设没有受到应有重视,缺乏深入的社区化建设等.就以上问题,在综合近邻韩日等足球发达国家经验的基础上提出了一些建议与对策,期望对合肥乃至我国群众业余足球发展提供参考.In order to promote the development of amateur football sports in Hefei, refinement and help the overall plan of Chinese soccer reform and development more effective implementation. With the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, from the view of humanism of constructing harmonious society, this paper made investigation and analysis on amateur football participants in Hefei, found that there were still a lot of problems in Hefei amateur football sports after nearly seventeen years of development, such as, the form of amateur football game was dull, the fountainhead construction of amateur football had not received due attention, lacked in-depth community construction, etc.. On the above issues, this paper, based on the experience of the nearest football developed countries such as Korea and Japan, put forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures, and hoped to provide reference basis for the development of Hefei and China＇s amateur football development.
