摘　　要：目前苹果流通过程由于受到各种因素影响,特别是物流作业环节,其重要品质参数,包括颜色、硬度等都会发生较大改变,成为影响苹果流通质量的关键问题。系统梳理了苹果在物流环节的影响因素,基于研发的专用测试系统,从颜色和硬度两个方面对碰撞、冲击等因素的影响做了定量分析,并对如何减少苹果损伤问题提出了相应的解决措施。In this paper, we went over systematically the influence factors of apple quality in the logistics links, then based on a specifically developed test system, analyzed quantitatively the factors such as collision and impact etc., on the color and hardness of the apples in the logistics links, and at the end, presented the measures to reduce the bruises on them.
