摘 要:针对陕西韩城地区煤层气开发地质条件和钻井工艺特点,基于维护井壁稳定和减少对煤储层损害两点原则,提出钻采区钻井液类型确定标准,进而利用正交试验法研究适应煤储层和非煤地层煤层气井钻进用低固相防塌钻井液体系,并对复配试验优选配方进行性能评价。结果表明:钻井液配方材料选取具有良好的广谱性,成本低且配制流程简单,适合于煤层气井现场使用;钻井液具有较低的固相含量和密度,p H值接近8,滤失量低于8 m L/30min,满足降低煤储层伤害的要求;钻井液具有良好的防塌性能,能够有效抑制粘土、砂土地层的水敏性,维护孔壁稳定。In view of Seoul regional geological conditions of coal bed methane drilling and drilling construction technology,the author,based on protecting borehole wall stability and reduce the damage to the coal measures strata,has put forward the drilling area drilling fluid type to determine the standard. On this basis,the emphasis on adaptation were studied by using orthogonal test method of coal measures strata,including the coal bed methane drilling strata low solid drilling fluid system collapse. It evaluated the distribution of test selection formula for performance. The experimental results tell us that the drilling fluid formula materials selecting good broad-spectrum,reasonable cost and preparation process of treating agent preparation process was simple in suitable for coal bed methane of drilling construction site use. Drilling fluid with low solid content and density,p H value was equal to 8with filtration quantity below 8 m L/30 min,in accordance to the requirement of coal seam to avoid pollution.Otherwise,drilling fluid will have a good collapse prevention performance,as can effectively inhibit clay and sandy soil stratum under water dispersion,hole wall instability occurs.
