摘  要:为了探讨影响柑桔苗木地上部分特征的相关性及机理,并为制定柑桔苗木培育技术提供理论依据,历经3年(2012—2014)对纽荷尔柑桔苗木主根长度与其地上部分特征变化的相关性进行了调查研究。(1)相关性分析结果显示:相关性方面,苗木主根长度与苗木高度、三次梢发生量和四次梢发生量等指标之间呈低度正相关,与二次梢发生量、三次梢生长量和四次梢发生量等指标之间呈正相关,与二次梢生长量之间呈显著负相关,与其它指标之间呈负相关;显著差异性方面,苗木主根长度与二次梢生长量之间存在差异显著,与其它内容之间都存在差异不显著。(2)回归分析(苗木主根长度与须根数量、苗木高度、苗木直径、春梢生长量、春梢节位、二次梢发生量、二次梢生长量、三次梢发生量、三次梢生长量、四次梢发生量和四次梢生长量)结果显示:苗木主根长度与苗木直径、春梢节位、三次梢生长量和四次梢生长量等指标之间存在差异极显著,与二次梢发生量之间存在显著差异,与其它指标存在差异不显著;对二次曲线回归方程和直线回归方程等的R作比较分析,二次曲线回归方程的R大于直线回归方程的R,即都符合二次曲线规律。研究认为:(1)苗木主根长度越大,对苗木高度、二次梢发生量、三次梢发生量、三次梢生长量、四次梢发生量和四次梢生长量等指标的影响程度越大;(2)通过调查苗木主根长度和回归方程等可以预测苗木高度等指标;(3)进一步说明了苗木主根长度是优良苗木的主要特征之一。In order to investigate the relationship between citrus seedling characteristics of aerial part and its mechanism, and to provide theoretical basis for citrus seedling cultivation technology, the correlation of new citrus seedling root length and its characteristics of aerial part was investigated by three years (2012-2014). (1)The results of correlation analysis show that for correlation, the seedling height, seedling root length, three pin number and four pin number and other indicators are positive correlated, and the second pin number, number of three shoots and four tips are positively correlated, and the secondary shoots was significantly negative correlated with other indicators; for significant differences, there is a significant difference between seedling root length and secondary shoots, and there are no significant differences between other content.(2) The results of regression analysis (seedling length of taproot and fibrous root number, seedling height, seedling diameter, spring shoots, spring tip section and second pin number, secondary shoots, shoots tip number three times, three times, four times a pin number and four shoots) show that there are extremely significant difference between the seedling root length and the diameter of nursery stock, spring tip section, three shoots and four shoots, and there is significant difference between it and the second pin number, and there is no significant difference with other indicators; the R of conic regression equation is greater than thatof the linear regression equation, which conform to the law of quadratic curve. It con- cluded that (1) The bigger the seedling root length is, the greater the degree of the influence on seedling height, the second pin number three times, pin number, number of three shoots, four tips and four shoots are.(2) By investigating seedling root length, and the regression equation can predict the indexes of seedling height.(3) Further illustrate that the seedling root length is one of the major featu
