区域农产品出口贸易可持续发展系统协调发展评价——以河北省为例

摘　　要：在对农产品出口贸易可持续发展系统结构进行分析的基础上,构建区域农产品出口贸易可持续发展系统协调发展评价指标体系。以河北省为例,采用熵权法和协调度模型对其农产品出口贸易可持续发展系统协调发展情况进行评价,进而提出扩大农产品出口规模、加大农业科技创新力度、提升出口农产品国际竞争力以及优化农产品出口结构、转变农业生产方式等政策建议。Based on analyzing the sustainable development system structure of agricultural export trade, this paper estab- lishes the evaluation index system for the coordinated development of sustainable development of regional agricultural export trade. Taken Hebei Province as example, this paper uses entropy weight method and coordination degree to evaluate the co- ordinated development of sustainable development system of agricultural export trade, and puts forward policy suggestions of enlarging agricultural export scale, raising agricultural scientific innovative strength, improving agricultural export international competitiveness and optimizing agricultural structure, and transforming agricultural production mode.
